I thought it was working once and it may have kinda after Brad did something, then after getting the free Friday podcast that was the last podcast I saw. It doesn't work from Chrome so I suspect that is why it also doesn't work from Pocketcast, Overcast, Castro or Apple's Podcast app. On the Pay link If you try and use your UN:PW combination you will always get denied and it will ask you to log in again.
